Refund Policy

  • 100% refund within the first hour if work has not started.
  • After one hour, a 15% processing fee applies.

We will revise, rewrite, and reassign projects where requirements are not met. If unsuccessful, an agreed refund percentage may be issued.

Refunds may be approved where Book Publishing Firm is proven responsible for delivery failure after multiple contact attempts.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days.
  • 45 working days review period.
  • Additional 15 working days for payment.
  • 15% processing fee applies.

  • Customer-caused delays.

Revisions Policy

  • Technical and objective errors are corrected free of charge.
  • Ghostwriting projects include revisions until approval.
  • Major content changes after approval may incur additional charges.
